Program

Performing contemporary wind literature as well as works from the traditional American Band era, the Wind Symphony promotes high quality musicianship, excellence in performance and strong leadership skills.   The students receive instruction that will support and supplement their school programs as they work in an encouraging environment to meet the challenges presented by the Wind Symphony’s advanced repertoire.

Instruction:  Students will receive instruction in the full ensemble from Dr. Nancy Beitler, as well as from sectional coaches for their instrument grouping.  Once a month, each section will work closely with a coach to focus on perfecting their part separately from the full ensemble.
